One example of our unique features is our patented, dynamically cushioned panel floor (FOREST FLOOR, Dynamic Joint-Protector) in our horse treadmills and aqua trainers. This innovative advancement over conventional sandwich-construction tile floors not only protects the horse’s joints like no other horse treadmill but also reduces impact on the treadmill’s mechanical components—a plus for durability!

MODULAR PRINCIPLE
The Sascotec Horsepower modular design is unique. Our base model of the horse treadmill (including speed and incline functions!) can be gradually upgraded to a high-tech treadmill. Options such as higher speeds (X 25 and X 45), an integrated horse scale, or digital motion analysis with remote diagnostics can be added later.
The modular design of our equipment—featuring an enclosed, externally mounted drive, an easily accessible service hatch, and lubrication technology derived from aerospace—also contributes to its durability and cost-effectiveness.

We either manufacture our products ourselves or source components from renowned manufacturers in Germany. For us, “Made in Germany” is a promise of quality in terms of materials and workmanship! And we intend to keep it that way.
We continuously evaluate feedback from our customers around the world. The results are then incorporated into the development and/or modification of our devices. For example, extreme climatic conditions—such as high temperatures or high humidity—require adjustments to ensure that our devices continue to operate reliably even under the harshest conditions.
By this, we mean a seal of quality that our customers can rely on. In our collaboration with suppliers, we partner with companies that share this commitment. Last but not least, this seal represents our commitment to Germany as a business location. A team of engineers led by company founder Oliver Sandmann, along with experienced technicians, mechatronics and electronics specialists, specialized welders, and, when necessary, architects, form the backbone of Sascotec Horsepower.
Sascotec Horsepower regularly participates in trade shows to showcase its products and engage in discussions with customers and suppliers. The company’s own seminars on specific topics—such as aqua training—are conducted at third-party locations under the guidance of external experts. In addition, the company offers in-person and online courses, which take place directly in the company’s showroom or are streamed from there.
