a) Commercial leasing

Leasing has no impact on your balance sheet and increases your liquidity. The leasing rates are low because you only pay the portion of the investment costs that corresponds to your use of the asset from the income generated by the asset. At the end of the leasing period, you negotiate a contract extension, a possible return, or the purchase of the asset. Our commercial leasing is only available to businesses that have been operating successfully for at least two years. Depending on the amount of the investment, a down payment may be required.

b) Rent

Renting has no impact on your balance sheet and increases your liquidity. The rental rates are low, but higher than for leasing, hire purchase, or private financing, because you pay the portion of the investment costs that corresponds to your use, as well as an insurance premium and service charges, from the income generated by the property. At the end of the rental period, you negotiate a contract extension, a possible return, or the purchase of the property with another financing option. Renting is available to businesses and private customers. The deposit is usually 10 percent of the original price. The minimum rental period is usually 3 months. A shorter rental period is possible by arrangement, but is usually not economically viable. The number of rental devices is limited. The rent is usually credited at 50 percent upon purchase.

We recommend:

If you would like to test and try out one of our devices, we recommend that you rent the device first. After a successful trial period, please contact us to discuss the future of the device. Together, we will then find the financing option that best suits your situation and goals.
